GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION

Kindly read the Guidelines / Instructions and Rules & Regulation of the Schoolcarefully before you click on PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.
Please be careful while selecting the Silver Oaks School Campus while filling the Registration Form. Campus once selected will not be changed.
The name of the Applicant, Father and Mother should be spelt correctly in the Registration Form as per the Birth Certificate of the Applicant. NO CORRECTIONwill be allowed later on. Original Documents will be verified at the time of Admission.
Family Photograph – It should not be taken more than a month before the date of application. Only Applicant, Father and Mother are required in Family Photograph. It must be taken with plain background.
It is mandatory to fill all the fields. Incase a field is not applicable to you please mention N.A.
After submission of Form you will get the Acknowledgement/ Registration Form in your given email. You are required to take a printout of it as this Registration Form with Parents’ sign will be submitted at the time of admission.
Do not submit multiple forms. Incase payment fails while transaction, please check your email to proceed for payment.
Rejection of Form –Incomplete registration form & form providing incorrect information will be automatically rejected. Registration Fee will not be refunded.
Selection–

There are Limited Seats in each class. Admissions will be decided on the basis of merit of Entrance Exam.
Once admission has been granted, all formalities including payment of the stipulated fees must be completed within the time assigned, failing which it will be deemed that the claim for admission has been forfeited

The Management of the School reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate.

Caution: The school does not accept any donation for admissions. Parents should be careful of third parties collecting money on behalf of the school and making false claims of procuring admission. If the parents enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the School shall not be responsible for it.

ACTIVITIES

Co-Curricular activities basically constitute the inseparable component of the school holistic education programme, In music, apart from solo and group singing, children are trained in learning skills in various instruments. The school is proud to have a well-equipped Music Room.

Art & Craft department keeps the children actively involved in a variety of activities and competitions. Card Making, Rakhee Making, Poster Making, use of waste material, colouring etc. help to bring out the creative talents of the child. Fancy dress in the Junior Wing involves the parents of all children.
Social Service is done with enthusiasm, where students are encouraged to participate in Campus cleaning, tree planting, environment protection activities and interaction with the physically impaired children.
School also organizes educational tours to places of historical, cultural and religious importance.
Debates, Quiz, GK, Recitation and Public speaking competitions are conducted in the School. Certificated, Medals, Trophies, Shields etc. are awarded to the winners of various competitions.
