GUIDELINES FOR REGISTRATION
- Kindly read the Guidelines / Instructions and Rules & Regulation of the School carefully before you click on PROCEED button at the bottom of this page.
- Please be careful while selecting the Silver Oaks School Campus while filling the Registration Form. Campus once selected will not be changed.
- The name of the Applicant, Father and Mother should be spelt correctly in the Registration Form as per the Birth Certificate of the Applicant. NO CORRECTION will be allowed later on. Original Documents will be verified at the time of Admission.
- Photographs – It should not be taken more than a month before the date of application. It must be taken with plain background.
- It is mandatory to fill all the fields. In case a field is not applicable to you please mention N.A.
- After submission of Form you will get the Acknowledgement / Registration Form in your given email. You are required to take a printout for further reference.
- Do not submit multiple forms. Incase payment fails while transaction, please check your email to proceed for payment.
- Rejection of Form – Incomplete registration form & form providing incorrect information will be automatically rejected. Registration Fee will not be refunded.
- Selection – After having set aside, a quota of seats for the management as per the discretion of the management, the following provisions will be followed:
a. The children of Staff Members of the School will be given admissions on priority provided other basic criteria for admission to the school are fulfilled.
b. Sibling of the applied candidates studying in Silver Oaks School, Bibiwala Road, Bathinda, will be given priority for admission provided other basic criteria for admission to the school are fulfilled.
c. Other admissions will be decided on the basis of Interaction / Entrance Test.
d. Once admission has been granted, all formalities including payment of the stipulated fees must be completed within the time assigned, failing which it will be deemed that the claim for admission has been forfeited.
The Management of the School reserves all rights of admission or rejection and is not bound to give reasons for admission or rejection of any particular candidate.
- Caution: The school does not accept any donation for admissions. Parents should be careful of third parties collecting money on behalf of the school and making false claims of procuring admission. If the parents enter into any transaction with such parties, they will be doing so at their own risk and the School shall not be responsible for it.

- NOTE: ADMISSION FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
- Important: Bhucho, Poohla, Poohli, Nathana, Dhelwan, Nathpura and Ganga areas need to apply in Silver Oaks School, Campus-5 (Lehra Bega) only. Any Form received from this area will be rejected and registration fee will not be refunded.
